1. How does the AppCal product compute for the rate of the appliances?
AppCal has estimated rates used to compute for the consumpation rate of appliances, which may also be retrieved via the Rates API. Together with the specs of appliances in Meralco's database and a specific formula, appliance consumption may be calculated.
2. Why is my specific appliance not available in AppCal - Appliance API?
It may mean that the appliance is currently not yet supported or the appliance database needs to be updated to reflect the new appliance.
